We are pleased to share that Marta Zdunek, a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of the University of Silesia in Katowice, recently participated in the Young Legal Researchers Conference, an international event hosted by Hasselt University. This prestigious conference serves as a platform for early-career researchers to share innovative ideas and engage in scholarly discussions on pressing legal issues.
During the conference, Marta Zdunek delivered a presentation titled “Satellite imaging and GPS technologies: Legal challenges in protecting third-party rights”. Her presentation explored significant legal challenges these technologies pose, especially regarding the protection of personal rights such as privacy and third-party image rights.
Marta Zdunek is preparing her PhD dissertation on Public-Private Partnership Contracts under the supervision of Associate professor Michał Kania.
