Competence development and its importance on the path to research excellence – this is the subject of the new cycle entitled “C4RE talks” implemented as part of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Staff Development (ICRK). Polish and foreign scientists and practitioners with many years of experience in competences management will share their expert knowledge. They will not only present the results of the latest research, but also take part in interviews with members of the ICRK team.

– C4RE stands for Competences for Research Excellence. We want to invite outstanding experts from all over the world to share with us their knowledge in the field of building competences. But C4RE should also be associated with caring for the quality of activities undertaken at every stage of the research process – from selecting a topic, through obtaining funds, carrying out research and finally presenting the results – says the director of ICRK, Prof. Barbara Kożusznik, the originator of the series.

The recordings will be openly available in Polish and English.
