The laboratory equipment allows for the study of magnetic properties of materials:

  • measurement of saturation magnetization in fields up to 7 T in the temperature range of 2 – 400 K,
  • measurement of magnetic susceptibility in temperatures from 2 – 350 K,
  • measurement of static magnetization curves,
  • observation of the domain structure of soft magnetic materials and determination of surface hysteresis loops,
  • measurement of low-field magnetic permeability, measurement of sample mass with an accuracy of 0.001 mg.
