ABOUT THE EVENT
The Nice2MeetUS virtual job fair is an event organized to present the job offers of the University of Silesia to researchers from all over the world and to anyone interested in the professional development at our university.
As part of the event, we invite you to take part in the #OpenDay.
For many years, we have been developing our university, expanding our activities, improving the qualifications of our employees and pursuing our goals to change the world around us.
The Virtual Job Fair is organized as a part of the Come2US project financed by the National Agency of Academic Exchange (NAWA).
WHAT WILL THE OPEN DAY LOOK LIKE?
The aim of our event is to provide you with access to our platform at any time, so that you can view news materials about the university from anywhere in the world. If you’re here,it means that you’re interested in professional and scientific development. Great! Let us help you with that.
How does it work? After you have learned about the University’s offer and the opportunities it provides, you can sign up for the #OpenDay. During the meeting we will discuss how to prepare for the interview and what to keep in mind. At the end, we will be joined by our current foreign employees. We will ask them about their experience in work at the University of Silesia in Katowice, their achievements and challenges they faced. We will find out what surprised them the most, what life hacks they have developed and what opportunities they see for the professional and personal growth at the University.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
No matter whether you are in Beijing or in Paris, you can join us. All you need is a stable internet connection.
WHEN DID THE EVENT TAKE PLACE?
The event starts on April 27 together with the #OpenDay at 10 am.
You will have access to the materials all year round.
If you don’t find a job offer that interests you during the fair – don’t worry, we are constantly updating job offers on our website. Visit the website once in a while and you may discover that the offer matching your qualifications and expectations is already waiting for you!
