All technicalities of your stay should be arranged with the International Exchange Office (Erasmus Office), available at: erasmus@us.edu.pl (additional contact information can be found at: http://erasmus.us.edu.pl/kontakt-0).
Your timetable and subjects should be organized under the supervision of your Erasmus coordinator. The person you should contact depends on the language you are studying (the full list of coordinators is available in the contact section of the Erasmus Office website, but sometimes the coordinator for the incoming students is different):
