Members of the ‘PAIDAGOGOS’ Student Research Group in Pre-School Education and Early School Education, mentored by Hewilia Hetmańczyk, PhD, took part in the International Student Conference of Future Teachers organised on 21-22 May 2024 by the Faculty of Education, the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen. Due to the Conference topic, the Group was supported by technical and mathematical specialists: Marcin Musioł, PhD and Ewelina Kawiak, PhD.
The conference featured a display and contest of student works from various European countries. Despite strong competitors, the Group’s members clinched the second and third places for the following presentations:
2nd place – Patrycja Goszka, Patryk Michałek, Agnieszka Sot – Reclaiming Childhood Joy: An Adventure in the World of Escape Room (Znovuzískání dětské radosti: Dobrodružství ve světě únikových místností);
3rd place – Małgorzata Kosińska, Iwona Śmietana-Bedan – Creative Sewing as teacher support in early childhood and pre-school education – enchanted windows (Kreativní šití jako podpora učitele v raném dětství a předškolní výchově – začarovaná okna).
