The international scientific conference “Evolution of Private Law – New Prospects”, took place on 6 June 2025 at the Faculty of Law and Administration of The University of Silesia.
This event was the seventh conference organised as part of the “Evolution of Private Law” series, the result of collaboration between the Economic and Commercial Law Team and researchers from centres in Slovakia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Cyprus.
This year’s conference focused on exchanging views and experiences on new trends and developments in civil law, particularly company and contract law, as well as new technologies in Europe.
The person responsible for organizing the conference at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia was Professor Piotr Pinior.
