On June 12, 2025, Rafał Tomasz Prabucki, PhD, DSc Eng, a member of the Silesian Center for Legal Engineering, Technology, and Digital Competence CYBER SCIENCE at the University of Silesia in Katowice, and a member of the Expert Advisory Team to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), moderated the panel “The Development of Quantum and Post-Quantum Cryptography” during the international conference “Quantum Technologies and Personal Data Protection”.
The panel featured both practitioners and researchers discussing the implications of emerging cryptographic approaches. The conference was held as part of the 23rd Meeting of the Central and Eastern European Data Protection Authorities (CEEDPA).
