Kamil Krakowiecki

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Philology in English Studies: Translation Programme with German, where he received an A. He also graduated from Classical Studies. A participant of linguistic conferences such as International Conference: Various of Contrastive Studies, paper: “Latinization of selected Swiss toponyms: Morphological aspects”; conference “Kuchnia w języku i kulturze dawnej i dziś”, paper “Między kuchnią, religią i medycyną: o języku dzieła De herba vetonica Antoniusza Muzy”. The author of scientific publications incl.: Laith Destabilized: Selected Problems in Translating „Apollo et Hyacinthus” in Proceedings of the Third Annual Student Research Festival, ed. by Alicja Bemben, Agnieszka Podruczna, 2016, 37-52, 250 lat “Apolla I Hiacynta”, Classica Catoviciensia Scripta Minora 2018. The former secretary of the student research group of Young Classics of the University of Silesia, the rector’s scholarship holder for the best students throughout the studies durance.
