On the last March Friday in Pracownia Smaku Jolanty Kleser 17 people from different countries met for a Polish 3-course meal.
However, before the steak tartare, duck and the modern-style apple pie appeared on the table, all they had to be cooked. Luckily, the workshop participants, divided into groups and guided by the professional chef prepared all these, rather complex dishes and neither language barrier, nor different cultures were a problem. Although there was a lot to do the atmosphere was characteristic for a social meeting of good friends. After preparing this special dinner the participants sat at the table and ate all results of their work. The only proof of the event are a few of photos presented below.
