We cordially invite all students at the Faculty of Law and Administration, regardless of their field of study, to participate in the Sustainability and Consumer Protection Summer School, which will take place in Olomouc from July 6–10, 2026.
The Summer School program has been designed as a platform for analyzing the correlations between the sustainable development paradigm and the consumer protection system in the European Union. Participants will evaluate the current legal framework and trends in EU policy.
Throughout the week, participants will address a wide range of topics, including excessive digital consumption, greenwashing (UCPD and dark patterns), product repair, and passenger rights, as well as theoretical debates on degrowth and sustainable consumption.
This invitation is extended to students of all majors offered by the Faculty of Law and Administration.
Please note that for the five individuals selected through the recruitment process, the cost of participation in the program will be fully funded by the Erasmus+ program.
Those interested are invited to contact Prof. Monika Jagielska (monika.jagielska@us.edu.pl) by email by May 20, 2026.
