On 26 August 2024, Prof. Ewa Jarosz was appointed as the Chair of the Team for Child and Adolescent Participation in Poland by the Ombudsman for Children. Sabina Pawlik, PhD, from the Institute of Pedagogy, has also joined the team.

Established by the Ombudsman for Children and UNICEF Poland, the Team’s mission is to promote and support the social participation of young people in Poland, as well as develop a national strategy of actions and standards of their participation.

The Team is comprised of young activists, their parents, representatives of the world of science, experts in various fields and representatives of the media covering the issue of Children’s rights. More about the actions on:
