On April 24, 2026, Paulina Konca, PhD, at the invitation of the Universidad de Antioquia in Colombia, delivered a lecture and led an open class for students of the Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas.
The topic of the session was “Las formas de entender y aplicar los enfoques dinámicos y estáticos a la interpretación de la ley en la jurisprudencia,” or ways of understanding and applying dynamic and static approaches to statutory interpretation in case law.
This was an opportunity to present preliminary results of a project on updating the meaning of legal texts in changing circumstances, funded under the SONATA competition by the National Science Center.
