Prof. Mauro Arturo Rivera León has completed a research fellowship as a visiting academic at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies at the University of London.
His academic work focuses, among other things, on informal institutions within the judiciary — the unwritten rules operating in constitutional courts that shape the rulings issued. During his stay in London, he conducted research on the methodological differences between analyzing these rules from the perspective of unwritten constitutionalism and studying them as informal institutions.
We hope that the experiences and research materials gathered in London will serve as inspiration for further groundbreaking scholarly work!
