On Friday, October 9, 2026, the Faculty of Law and Administration had the honor of hosting Hon. Mr Justice Gerard Hogan of the Supreme Court of Ireland and former Advocate General of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
During his visit, Hon. Mr Justice Gerard Hogan delivered two exceptionally valuable presentations: a lecture for students on the Marleasing doctrine and a talk for faculty members on the issue of judicial neutrality.
