We are pleased to announce that Tomasz Mirosławski, LL.M. has successfully defended his doctoral dissertation titled “Forms of Monitoring in the Workplace in the Visegrad Countries. Comparative Legal Research”. The defense took place on October 5, 2026, as part of the international doctoral school Deák Ferenc Doctoral School of Law at the University of Miskolc.
The dissertation was prepared under the supervision of Michał Barański, PhD. The doctoral committee included, among others, Prof. Greg Strban (Vice President of the International Association of Labor and Social Security Law), while one of the thesis reviewers was Prof. Krzysztof Stefański from the University of Łódź, who serves as Director of the Department of Labor Law at the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy.
