The Faculty of Law and Administration advances from the 6th to 5th place among public universities in the latest 13th ranking of law faculties by Rzeczpospolita Daily.
Similar to the previous years, the ranking is based on the assessment in three categories: scientific potential, quality of education, and international cooperation. The ranking has been developed based on data from the National Information Processing Institute of the National Research Institute.
This year, we took a high 4th place in terms of scientific potential, which analyses indicators such as: the university’s scientific category, staff development, doctoral and postdoctoral qualifications, Educational Excellence Certificates awarded by the Polish Accreditation Committee and the number of doctoral students.
We took 5th place in terms of international collaboration. The category is evaluated based on the number of international students compared to the overall number of students and the number of degree programmes in English.
The Faculty was also ranked 5th in terms of facilities preparing graduates for legal training.
Our successes are reflected in a high interest in taking up studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration; the Faculty took 5th/6th place in terms of the number of candidates per space.
