The Centre for Chinese Language and Culture of the University of Silesia in Katowice is organising a New Year’s celebration, which will take place on 22 January in the Chinese calendar.
At our University, the formal welcome of the Year of the Rabbit will take place on 24 January 2023 at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Silesia (ul. Uniwersytecka 4, Katowice) in room A0.13, at 1.00-4.00 p.m.
As part of the celebrations, the organisers have prepared a meeting with a special guest, Magdalena Wiśniewska – the author of the book “Opowieść nieznajomego Chińczyka” [“Tale of a Chinese stranger”]. During the meeting, you will be able to take part in numerous competitions, in which one of the prizes will be said book.
