On the occasion of the Chinese New Year, the Centre for Chinese Language and Culture organises workshops taking place from 26 February to 1 March 2024 at the Faculty of Humanities (room A.014).
The participants can take part in a contest and win attractive prizes.

- 26 February 6.30–8.00 p.m. – Meeting the dragon. About the meaning of dragon in the Chinese culture (event in Polish);
- 27 February 6.30–8.00 p.m. – Thought, paper, scissors. Workshops on Chinese paper cutting (event in Polish);
- 28 February 6.30–8.00 p.m. – Luck to the nines. Workshops in Chinese calligraphy;
- 29 February 6.30–8.00 p.m. – New Year at Chinese home, or how do the Chinese celebrate their biggest festival;
- 1 March 6.30–8.00 p.m. – Firecrackers, lanterns and… a monster? The legend of the New Year.
Participation in workshops is free of charge but requires prior registration. You can sign up by 21 February 2024 via centrum.chinskie@us.edu.pl.
