The screening of the film A Real Pain (1h 30m) takes place on Tuesday, 21 May at 5 p.m. in the Światowid studio cinema (ul. 3 Maja 7, Katowice). The event is organised as part of the ‘Film Meetings with Psychology’ series.
A Real Pain tells the story of two cousins, David (Jesse Eisenberg) and Benji (Kieran Culkin), who reunite for a tour through Poland to honour their beloved grandmother. Along the way, they explore their family’s past, discover new places and attempt to mend their strained relationship. Both Eisenberg and Culkin were nominated for the Golden Globes for their performances in the film.
