Fashion and design are an extremely fast-growing area of the creative sector, and Polish artists have always tried to be among the world’s leading designers.
The Centre for the Law of Design, Fashion and Advertising is composed of artists, lawyers, and representatives of science and industry; based on the theory and practice of applying intellectual property law (IPR), we foster the development of artistic thought and business strategies.
The Centre grows thanks to the dedication of numerous people, including employees and practicians of the University of Silesia and other universities.
