Information
I want to inform you that the payment of salaries in December 2023 and January 2024 will be carried out on:
- 28 December 2023 – payment of salaries to administration employees for December 2023.
- 28 December 2023 – payment of salaries to service employees for December 2023.
- 28 December 2023 – additional payment of salaries to academics (any unsettled liabilities amounts for 2023);
- 28 December 2023 – payment of salaries to individuals from outside the University of Silesia under contracts of mandate and contracts of specific work for December 2023.
- 28 December 2023 – payment of salaries for December 2023 or other liabilities for 2023 under EU projects, domestic projects, grants etc.
NOTE: Payment documents for projects ending 31 December 2023 were accepted until 13 December – documents delivered to the Payroll Department after this date will not be accounted for in project costs); - 2 January 2024 – payment of salaries to academics for January 2024.
To ensure timely execution of the above payments, please submit all payment-related documents, contracts of mandate, and contracts for specific work including invoices for any tasks implemented in 2023 in the Payroll Department no later than 15 December 2023.
Documents submitted after 15 December will be processed for additional payment, which will be executed on 10 January 2024.
