Centre for Poland-South Korea Cooperation

The Centre for Poland-South Korea Cooperation at the University of Silesia in Katowice was established to support initiatives related to South Korea and strengthen Polish-Korean relations. As part of the University of Silesia, the Centre contributes to the development of academic, cultural and economic cooperation.

Purpose

The Centre’s activities include:

  • academic cooperation – exchange of students and scientists, research projects, promotion of Korean and Polish studies
  • culture and society – events, workshops and initiatives bringing Poland and Korea closer together
  • economy and business – networking, support for companies

Thanks to the support of the University of Silesia, the Centre connects the world of science, business and culture between Poland and South Korea.

Offer

  • organisation of joint research projects
  • providing support for people interested in studying in South Korea and Poland
  • events promoting Polish and Korean cultures
  • workshops and meetings with experts on South Korea
  • networking and support for companies interested in the Korean and Polish markets
  • assistance in establishing contacts between entrepreneurs
