The research team of Damian Guzek, PhD, DSc, Assoc. Prof. from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Silesia in Katowice, in cooperation with researchers from France, Canada and Great Britain, was awarded in an international call for research projects organised by the Trans-Atlantic Platform (T-AP) for Social Sciences and Humanities. The scientists’ topic was ‘The potential of digital technology. Optimizing trustworthy digital contact’.
Trans-Atlantic Platform for Social Sciences and Humanities was created at the initiative of organisations financing scientific research in the field of humanities and social sciences.
Of the 101 international applications that met the formal requirements, 18 were selected for funding. Among the awarded projects were 5 projects with the participation of teams from Poland.
