The Interdisciplinary Centre for Staff Development received funding for research and development activities within the 2nd edition of the ‘Visibility of Research Centres’ call for proposals. The centre has been recognised for, e.g. its development potential, impact on socio-economic and international environments as well as the high quality of implemented research projects.
The received funds will be allocated to increase the ICSD visibility through developing scientific papers, to develop international cooperation as well as for seminars and podcasts related to the subject of management by competencies.
The call is one of many by the Research Excellence Initiative of the University of Silesia in Katowice. Over PLN 400,000 has been allocated for the 2nd edition of the call for proposals, and the maximum fund per proposal can amount to PLN 100,000.
