Formulation of the concept for communication regarding the activity of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Staff Development was the subject of the meeting that took place on 22 January 2020. The discussion was attended by the Centre team members and people involved in implementation of the first project within ICSD, whose goal is to analyse the key competencies of the Polish academic staff of the future.
The meeting was hosted by Prof. Barbara Kożusznik, Director of ICSD. The participants talked about the mission and strategy for the Centre development and discussed the key tasks planned for the first quarter of 2020. Another subject of discussion was issues related to building the image identity of the Centre and rules of its visual identification system.
