Redaktor naczelny Linguistica Silesiana. Stypendysta Fulbrighta w Stanford University w 1994\/95. Uczestnik projekt\u00f3w europejskich MATCHPAD (2000-2002, t\u0142umaczenia maszynowe) i ALFA PUENTES (2011-2014, ekspert i reprezentant strategiczny KRASP). Wypromowa\u0142 13 doktor\u00f3w.
