After the departing person asks for a travel offer, WHYNOTTRAVEL searches for available connections and provides them to the departing person conveniently within three hours of accepting the order*. WHYNOTTRAVEL is responsible for effectively delivering the person concerned with information mentioned above.
WHYNOTTRAVEL is obliged to provide at least three optimal proposals for air connections per one inquiry of the person leaving, including in the class of carriers of the so-called Low-Cost Airlines. The travel agent must inform you whether low-cost flights are available on a given route.
In the absence of an air connection to the destination – WHYNOTTRAVEL each time presents a proposal for an optimal travel plan, taking into account possible rail or bus connections (from the place of landing to the destination of travel) provided as part of one service.
WHYNOTTRAVEL sends the traveler and the International Cooperation Department an e-mail confirmation of the booking and informs them about the ticket purchase date, price, baggage allowance, and route. For low-cost airlines, WHYNOTTRAVEL sends a route proposal, available baggage allowances, ticket prices, and information about additional baggage fees.
WHYNOTTRAVEL informs the departing person about the approaching date of purchase of the ticket.
WHYNOTTRAVEL confirms the possibility of purchasing a ticket in the International Cooperation Department. The International Cooperation Department confirms the option of buying tickets in electronic form from 7.30 – 15.30.
WHYNOTTRAVEL provides the departing person, for the information of the International Cooperation Department, with a ticket via e-mail, in the case of electronic access, immediately after its issuance or in a paper version to the indicated address to the units located in Katowice, Sosnowiec, Chorzów, Cieszyn within the time agreed each time with the units, but no later than 72 hours before the date of travel and a scan of the ticket by e-mail to the International Cooperation Department. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included in the ticket delivery time.
The departing person can independently present the WHYNOTTRAVEL connection and submit it for redemption. It should be remembered that internet searches usually do not offer the current prices for tickets and the price presented by the travel agent may vary due to the way the booking systems work.
Electronic tickets must be generated directly from the booking systems and contain a complete ticket price calculation in addition to the flight schedule.
Please note that a transaction fee for issuing the ticket must be added to the ticket price:
Price of the transaction fee for issuing one international air ticket for connections within Europe: PLN 9.90 gross (including VAT)
Price of the transaction fee for issuing one international air ticket for connections outside Europe: PLN 10.90 gross (including VAT)
The price of the transaction fee for issuing one international ticket at the so-called “low-cost carrier”: is PLN 12.00 gross (including VAT)
The cost of the visa brokerage fee for one passport: is PLN 115.00 gross (including VAT),
WHYNOTTRAVEL does not charge for selling train, bus, and ferry tickets.
Please consider the fees mentioned above when planning your trip’s cost.
In exceptional cases, air tickets should be delivered to the service point at the airport in the country or abroad immediately after placing the order.
*Does not apply to the pricing and booking of group tickets (over 10 people). The time for evaluating group tickets and presenting the offer depends on the number of people, the complexity of the connection, and the requirements of the people leaving.
Attention!
The International Cooperation Department will not settle tickets purchased outside WHYNOTTRAVEL.
The exception is a situation in which a difference of more than 3% in the price of a ticket offered by WHYNOTTRAVEL about the price offered by another agency is stated. However, such a case requires documentation.
Please report any irregularities to the International Cooperation Department by e-mail or in writing.
