EDUCATIONAL PROBLEMS OF ROMA IN EUROPE AND AROUND THE WORLD
Research project by Prof. Dr. Hristo Kyuchukov
The research is a long-term study of the educational practices with Roma children in different European countries such as Bulgaria, Slovakia, Germany, Cyprus as well as in countries from Latin America such as Chile and Peru. The study uses different qualitative and quantitative methods in order to analyse the educational situation with Roma children in preschools and primary schools. The study analyse the governmental policies as well as education policies of European Institutions such as Council of Europe.
