This conference aims to gather scholars from different research backgrounds to present their findings and gain experience by seeing how similar issues are treated from different methodological and/or theoretical perspectives.
The central theme for this year is lexicon in all its dimensions: vocabulary, terminology, and their relations with such realms of research as the reference to the very linguistic system, the mind as the source of lexicon, human experience and knowledge and the actual contexts of use.
We invite the submission of abstracts for papers addressing the areas which include, but are by no means limited to: semantics, pragmatics, cognitive linguistics, mental lexicon studies, historical linguistics, discourse analysis, lexicography, and translation.
