General Council for Higher Education (RGNiSW) has stated its position on the report entitled „Aktualne wyzwania szkolnictwa wyższego w Polsce” (Current challenges of higher education in Poland), delivered by Przemysław Czarnek, Minister of Education and Science, on 19 November 2020. The report presents certain guidelines for legislative changes. In the newly published document, RGNiSW referred to the theses on science and higher education, included in the report.
