Paszporty Polityki 2020 (one of the most prestigious cultural prizes in Poland, awarded by Polityka magazine) were awarded for the 28th time on 26 January 2021. The prizes were awarded in nine catgories: film, theatre, literature, visual arts, classical music, popular music, digital culture, online culture, culture creator.
“For the consistency in exorcising Polish complexes, courage in tackling the problems of divided families and listening to the voice of Polish emigrants” – the prize was awarded to Piotr Domalewski – director, scriptwright, playwright, actor, graduate of Film and Television Directing at the Department of Radio and Television of the University of Silesia (currently Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School at the University of Silesia). He was awarded in the film category.
