Within the GEPARD initiative, a comparative analysis of solutions in the field of developing gender equality plans (GEP) at selected European universities will be carried out.
It will result in developing a report summarising similarities and differences of solutions adopted in gender equality plans as well as indicating good practices in this area and recommendations for the areas requiring a change.
The report will present a universal model for the gender equality and diversity promotion policy in the academic environment based on the analysis conclusions.
Jolanta Klimczak, PhD, from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Silesia in Katowice is the coordinator of the team carrying out the comparative analysis and preparing a report. The materials will be shared on the project website in January 2024.
