Accessibility of the entrance to the building and control area

The main entrance to the building at level -1 does not require going through any stairs or thresholds. A ramp with barriers leads to the entrance.

The entrance door is broad, glazed, equipped with contrast labelling at eye level.

The porter’s lodge is located at level 0. To the right of the entrance to the building.

Accessibility of corridors, stairs and lifts

The building consists of 4 levels (-1,0,1,2), which can be accessed through a lift and staircases.

The lift door is sliding, with a width of 90 cm. The lift height is 200 cm, the length is 210 cm. Inside the lift, there is a mirror and handrails at a height of 105 cm. The lift is equipped with buttons labelled with convex characters and numbers in the Braille alphabet. The lift is equipped with a voice system informing about the location of the lift, door closure and traffic movement. The lift is sonorized. The lift door is opened automatically, the sound signal informs about it. In the case of a failure, the lift enables sound connection with the reception desk.

In the building, there are 5 staircases located on the right and left sides of the building and in the middle. On both sides of the stairs, there are handrails, extended on the mezzanines and at the stair turns.

Types of adjustments inside the building

In the building, on each floor and staircase, there are publicly available toilets and toilets with facilities for the disabled.

Toilets adjusted to individuals with disabilities are properly labelled, equipped with holders. The washbasin has a pillar tap, baby-change table, waste bin and automatic light switch. The toilet contains an alarm-rescue button.

The P/0/05 lecture hall is fitted with an audio induction loop making it easier to hear using a hearing aid.

Room G/0/06 is a quiet room where you can disconnect from an excess of stimuli.

Parking places designated for persons with disabilities and exploitation thereof

Directly in front of the entrance deprived of barriers, there are 2 designated full-size and properly labelled parking spaces for people with disabilities.

Parking there is free for authorised individuals.
