Delegation from China at the University of Silesia

On 20th February 2014, the University of Silesia will host a Chinese delegation from the province of Liaoning.University will be visited by: Gao Peng –Vice-President of Committee of Liaoning Province, the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, CPPCC, Ma Lihua – Director of the Committee of Population, Resources and Environment, the CPPCC, Li Xiaoqing – deputy director of the Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sport Committee of Liaoning Province, CPPC, Yu Bo – Deputy Director of the Committee for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Foreign Affairs of Liaoning Province, the CPPCC; Xu Hongming – Deputy Director of the Department Responsible for Europe and Africa, Foreign Affairs Office of Liaoning Province.

Our guests from China will visit the Scientific Information Centre and Academic Library (CINiBA). They will take part in the meeting with AIUT Ltd. from Gliwice and with representatives of the University of Silesia: dr hab. Mirosław Nakonieczny – Vice-Rector for Internationalisation, Institutional Affairs and Public Relations, prof. zw. dr hab. Marian Kisiel – Vice-Dean for Promotion and Development at the Faculty of Philology, prof. dr hab. Rafał Molencki – Dean of the Faculty of Philology, dr hab. prof. UŚ Jolanta Tambor – Rector’s Proxy for Foreign Students, mgr Adam Antoniewicz from the School of Polish Language and Culture (lecturer of the Polish language in Shenyang, China), mgr Agata Wójcik – Head of the Department of International Relations and mgr Dariusz Laska – Director of the Centre for Research and Industry Cooperation.

On 19th February 2014 at 13.40 in the Marshal’s Office of Silesian Voivodeship (Blue Hall), the Chinese delegation will have a meeting with Andrzej Gościniak – the President of Silesian Voivodeship and prof. zw. dr hab. Wiesław Banyś – Rector of the University of Silesia.
