‘The Job Market in the Era of AI’
The first session within the series on artificial intelligence AI Café will take place on Tuesday, 31 March, at spinPLACE located at ul. Bankowa 5 in Katowice.
AI Café is an initiative responding to the dynamic changes in Poland’s technological landscape, with particular attention to our region. The programme of the series has been developed in response to the gaps and opportunities identified in Algorytm GZM – potencjał, potrzeby, kierunki działania w obszarze AI, a report on the AI potential and needs published in December 2025. The initiative aims to support the development of a local innovation ecosystem and to create a space where science meets business, public administration and the social life of the region.
Artificial Intelligence has long ceased to be merely a futuristic concept; it has become a real challenge and opportunity for education, business, administration and social life. Today, more often than ever, we ask ourselves: how can we use AI wisely? What opportunities does it bring for our region? How can it be implemented responsibly, effectively and for the benefit of people? And these are the questions we want to explore together during the AI Café sessions.
During the series, we will discuss artificial intelligence from multiple perspectives: business, social, legal and ethical. We will look at how to navigate a rapidly changing technological reality, what skills are worth developing today, and how to build a strong local ecosystem of cooperation in the age of AI. We invite entrepreneurs, academics, students, doctoral candidates, public administration representatives and anyone interested in the impact of artificial intelligence on our everyday lives. AI Café is a space for meetings, exchange of knowledge and experience, as well as conversations with experts and leading figures in the Polish AI sector.
The event is organised in cooperation with partners and patron institutions. We will keep you updated about our partners as they join the initiative.
