The 3rd Metropolitan Climathon will be held on 27-28 October at the Centre of New Technologies of the Silesian University of Technology (ul. Konarskiego 22a, Gliwice).
It is a 24-hour race of creativity taking place concurrently in over 100 cities around the world. Participants will look for solutions on how to produce less waste in an effort to protect the climate, such as lower waste production and ways to reuse them.
This year’s event for the first time is addressed solely to students of all degree programmes and universities in Poland. In order to take part in the Climathon, you do not have to have any expert knowledge related to recycling and the circular economy. All you have to have is an open mind and think out of the box. During the event, participants will be supported by the organisers and inspired by mentors and experts.
