The ceremony celebrating the 35th Anniversary of establishing the School of Polish Language and Culture takes place on 11 April 2025. The 1st Summer School of Polish Language, Literature and Culture took place in 1991, and summer schools are the events that set the rhythm of such units.
The main celebrations will take place in the seat of the School at the Faculty of Humanities (ul. Uniwersytecka 4, Lecture Hall B.1.1). Employees of the School of Polish Language and Culture will celebrate this exceptional anniversary with Polish and foreign scholars specialising in teaching Polish as a foreign language, old friends of the institution, and graduates of the courses, summer schools and postgraduate studies. The event will also be attended by guests from academic centres in Poland and abroad. We are excited to welcome those who are passionate about promoting the Polish language and culture around the world. Everyone who wants to celebrate with us is more than welcome.
