The Centre for Chinese Language and Culture at the University of Silesia in Katowice starts registration for the Chinese language course in the winter semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Applications are accepted from 12 September to 2 October 2023.
The course is addressed to all interested people from all over Poland and the world. The course is addressed to people over 16 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 must provide written consent from their legal guardian to register for the course. The registration form is available at: docs.google.com. Registrations via e-mail or Facebook will not be taken into account. Confirmation and information about a one-time recruitment fee of PLN 90 will be sent by e-mail.
The course in the winter semester will start on 9 October 2023, and end on 28 January 2024. The classes last 1.5 hours and are organised once a week at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Silesia in Katowice at ul. Uniwersytecka 14 in room A.014, and online on the Zoom platform.
Interested people can sign up for groups at various levels: from A0 to A3, as well as to the advanced group. Classes from A0 to A3 will be conducted by Polish and English-speaking teachers, while lessons in the advanced group will be conducted entirely in Chinese.
