The Faculty of Theology of the University of Silesia organises “The Social Doctrine of Pope Saint John Paul II” Web conference, which is a part of the Lectio Magistralis Internationalis series. The guest of the meeting will be Prof. George Weigel – theologian and publicist at the Ethics and Public Policy Center in Washington, author of many books, including “Witness To Hope: The Biography of Pope John Paul II” and “The Cube and the Cathedral: Europe, America, and Politics Without God”.
The discussion will be attended by: Prof. Wiesław Gumuła from the Jagiellonian University, Prof. Wojciech Świątkiewicz and Rev. Prof. Arkadiusz Wuwer from the University of Silesia.
The webinar will be translated into Polish. You can register until 12 December 2020.
