The Family Science Picnic takes place on Friday, 9 September 2022, at the Faculty of Science and Technology campus in Chorzów (Chorzów, ul. 75. Pułku Piechoty 1A). It is an all-day event organised by the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Silesia within the “PIN UŚ – Popularyzacja i Nauka” science communication project.
The Picnic is a free-of-charge educational event open to the public. The activity will contribute to implementing the project’s goal by making people of our region interested in exact sciences, technology, engineering, and maths.
The following activities will be organised within the picnic:
- lectures,
- workshops (including field and health-devoted workshops),
- tent shows.
Additionally, you can find there:
- inflatables,
- food trucks,
- Chorzów Civic Budget stand.
