From 30 May to 1 June, the Institute of Computer Science in Sosnowiec (ul. Będzińska 39) will host the Sosnowiec Game Jam 2025. The event involves three days and two nights full to the brim with creative ideas.

The aim of the meeting is continuous, day and night, game creation in teams comprised of several people. The topic will be selected and made public during the event.

The event will gather many talented people under one roof and allow them to cooperate with each other to create a unique game with a specific theme.

Game jam is a great place to learn something new regarding game development or just to see how you square up.

To avoid unnecessary competitiveness, there will not be any prizes awarded. All participants will represent one big USil team comprised of many teams. Developing a working game and meeting interesting people with similar interests will be the reward in itself.

Every USil student can take part in the event. Students may receive an internship completion certificate (48h). To attend the event, please register using the application form. Limit of places – 60. If you have any questions, please contact Grzegorz Machnikiem, PhD (grzegorz.machnik@us.edu.pl).
