The Team for Internationalisation of the USil Institute of Psychology is organising a meeting with Prof. Jan Schmutz – lecturer at the University of Zurich and a renowned work and organisational psychologist specialising in the analysis of the effectiveness and dynamics of teams working in various, often extreme contexts.

The meeting will be held online on MS Teams and its topic is ‘Teams on the Edge: Lessons from Teams in Extreme Environments’. The event will be conducted in English. We encourage all interested persons to attend the meeting and ask questions after the lecture part of the event.
