The 13th Biologists’ Night will take place on 26 January 2024 with ‘Mysteries of life – from a cell to biosphere’ as its main slogan. The event will take place at 15.30 in the lecture hall at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Silesia in Katowice at ul. Bankowa 9.
The event programme will include numerous meetings with our scientists, during which you will have the opportunity to carry out experiments revealing the mysteries of life at different levels, find out if life without genetically modified organisms is possible, learn about the genome editing method from behind the scenes, make a forest in a test tube, see how the biosphere is formed from a cell, as well as learn about the secrets of insect senses and meet exotic animals.
