The inauguration of „Descubre Sefarad” exhibition took place on 11 December 2019 at the Faculty of Humanities in Sosnowiec. The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Andrzej Rabsztyn – Director of Romance Studies, Fernando Vara de Rey – Director of Cervantes Institute in Kraków and Prof. Joanna Wilk-Racięska. The opening ceremony included the speech of Director of Cervantes Institute entitled „Encuentro con la diáspora sefardí” on the legacy of Sephardic Jews in Spain.
