Prof. Ryszard Koziołek, the Rector of the University of Silesia, received the ‘Spolegliwy Przyjaciel Rzemiosła’ Award during the 28th Grand Gala of the Chamber of Craft and Small and Medium Enterprises in Katowice.
The award is given for implementing the cooperation between the economic self-government and the local self-government, as well as wide-ranging and unconventional activities contributing to the development of craft and small and medium enterprises in Silesia. This year, the ‘Spolegliwy Przyjaciel Rzemiosła’ Award was given—among others—to Prof. Eng. Celina Olszak, Rector of the University of Economics in Katowice and Zdzisława Dacko-Pikiewicz, PhD, DLitt, Assoc. Prof. and Rector of the WSB University.
The awards gala took place on 26 May 2023 at the seat of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice.
