Research Centre for Public Competition Law and Sector Regulation
The main research topic of the Research Centre for Public Competition Law and Sector Regulation is to carry out scientific activity in the field of research on legal, economic, technical, and social aspects of competitiveness protection, as well as sectoral and economic regulation.
The Centre’s research focuses on the area of competition law, state aid law, combating unfair competition, regulation on regulated sectors such as energy, fuel and gas, rail, road, aviation and water transport, telecommunications and postal sectors, and the pharmaceutical sector.
