Gazeta.pl and Polska Akcja Humanitarna (Polish Humanitarian Action) have published a guidebook aimed at parents and caregivers of children and teenagers who are going through a difficult time or struggling with a mental crisis. The publication includes a chapter on how to take care of yourself and children in the face of the war in Ukraine, how to talk about the war with young people, and how not to panic. What is more, the material includes, among others, real-life examples, hints from psychologists, addresses and telephone numbers of places where to seek help.
