Prof. Michał Daszykowski has become the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Acta Chromatographica.
The journal has been published since 1992 by the Institute of Chemistry of the University of Silesia in Katowice, and for the past several years in cooperation with the Hungarian publishing house Akadémiai Kiadó in Budapest.
Acta Chromatographica is a peer-reviewed open access quarterly journal. It features articles on separation techniques and their applications, especially in the areas of chemistry, biology, pharmacy, medicine, food analysis, and environmental chemistry.
The journal has been indexed in reputable databases for many years, including Scopus and Science Citation Index Expanded; it has an Impact Factor of 1.7.
