In 2013/2014 academic year at the University of Silesia in Katowice candidates with Polish language competence have a chance to take up tuition-free studies. This program is designed for candidates from non-EU countries. Candidates need to have competence in the Polish language sufficient to take up studies taught in Polish. There are 207 tuition-free places at Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes. Admission will be based on a secondary school certificate (for Bachelor’s programs) or diploma competition (for Master’s programs). Art faculties will also conduct entrance exams in the respective fields (for example piano playing for Music Education).
The admission procedure for 2013/2014 academic year is going to be opened from 1st of June 2013.
